RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy:

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

We hope that you love every single item purchased, but if you're unhappy with the purchase for any reason we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the ship date.

Eligibility for return:

Returns are only available if they are in their original packaging and condition without being washed or worn with hang tag present, no marks, no smells, no pet hair, or any other signs that the ice has been used.

To complete your return:

Returns must include original invoice or a note including the following.

 

  • Full name used to place order

  • Order Number

  • List of items being returned

  • Reason for the return

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Once you return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 1-5 business days.

If the return is approved, it will be processed and store credit will be sent in the form of a Discount code. (Valid for one time use only).

Full amount given in the discount code must be used all at once.

*Buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary depending on your location. Please plan ahead for returns in order for them to reach is within the 14 day deadline.

If you are shipping items over $75, it is advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item (s) and are therefore not responsible for items lost during shipping.

EXCHANGES:

We do allow exchanges for the same item in different size or color. Exchange request must be processed within the same 14 day time window.

Item(s) must be in same condition as a return, please refer to the return eligibility section above.

ALL FINAL SALE items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
